Fastest route to a firm price is a photo of the pile. No obligation, no charge for looking, and nobody chasing you for the next fortnight.
The form
Tell us what you've got
The more detail the better, but do not overthink it. Name, phone, roughly what and roughly where is enough to start.
- Photos help most. One wide shot of the whole pile beats five close-ups.
- Mention the access. Basement, third floor, back yard, tight stairs — it changes our crew, not your price.
- Say if it's urgent. We hold afternoon slots for same-day work and there is no rush fee.
Before you send it
How fast will you get back to me?
Within business hours, usually inside 30 minutes. Outside them, first thing the next morning. If you need an answer immediately, call — the phone is faster than the form and it rings to a person.
Do I have to be home for the quote?
No. A couple of photos is usually enough for a firm price, and plenty of jobs are booked and completed without the owner present. For anything inside the house we would rather someone was there or that access is arranged.
Is the quote binding?
The driveway quote is. We confirm the price out loud after looking at the actual job and before anything is loaded, and that number is what you pay. A quote given from photos is our best estimate from what we can see — if the reality is different, we tell you before starting, not after.
